We bring in fresh talent!

This recent round of hiring forms part of our aggressive growth strategy for 2010, as they join at an excellent time for the company as we start to bring an exciting mix of new products and increased capabilities.

Jeremy Marshall joins Opinium Research as Senior Research Manager, from Enterprise Planning and Research EPR where he was a senior consultant. Prior to this Marshall was Director of Strategic Analysis at Nielson Online. He brings 15 years of research experience and will soon launch a new website research unit to help clients understand how their website measures up against competitors.

Paul Crooke comes on board as a Senior Research Manager, and will be responsible for some of Opinium’s key accounts. Crooke previously worked for the Tavisock Institute and Essential and has nine years of experience in the financial services and media research sectors.

Gregory Absalom joins Opinium from Research Now as Panel Manager and will play a key role in Opinium’s online Panel Optimisation offering, which helps clients create super-engaged online customer communities as Opinium looks to grow its UK general consumer panel.

Ross Leibbrandt joins as Business Development Manager and will be responsible for attracting and managing new clients. Leibbrandt was previously the Managing Director of Sidaro Golf and helped launch the company in 2009. He completed his MBA in 2008 and will use his experience which ranges across core commercial functions to develop new business channels for Opinium.

During the first half of 2010, Opinium has seen growth across all of its research areas, including its daily consumer omnibus, specialist B2B services, its online customer panel optimisation offering and its international, political, social and economic market research services offering.
