Political Polling
27th September 2016

The Conservatives have a 7-point lead over Labour in our latest voting intention poll.

In a general election tomorrow, 38% would vote Conservative, 31% would vote Labour, 16% UKIP and 5% Lib Dem.

Theresa May’s net approval rating (total approve minus total disapprove) is +24% compared to -22% for Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

This difference is clear amongst their own supporters as well. Four in five (82%) Conservative voters approve of the way Mrs May is handling her job at the moment, compared to only 55% of Labour voters that approve of the way Jeremy Corbyn is handling his role.
