Optimising website content for a new start up

The Need

A start up credit business needed help in maximising their website to appeal to new customers and to ensure content was relevant and easily navigated.

Our Approach

Opinium utilised a two stage approach via a Pop Up community involving participants reviewing the website and providing detailed feedback on specific content. We also re-contacted participants after a web re-design and participants online experience was recorded providing real time audio and visual insight.

The Outcome

Clear recommendations were made to optimise individual existing communications whilst also providing guidelines for the future creative direction of the brand.
